The Riverside County Assessor-Clerk-Recorder is conducting civil ceremonies at our locations listed below.
Appointments are suggested.

Please complete your application for your marriage license before arriving or booking your appointment. Follow the instructions on our Public Marriage License or Confidential Marriage License pages.
Civil ceremonies are $85 at all of our locations, except the 14th Street Chapel in downtown Riverside, which is $120.
We offer civil ceremonies at the following offices: Riverside (Gateway), Temecula, Hemet, Palm Desert, and Blythe (appointments are recommended).
The 14th Street Chapel in Downtown Riverside is also available (by pre-paid appointment only). To book an appointment for your civil ceremony, click here to make your appointment.
The number of guests that can attend varies by location. At our Gateway and Palm Desert offices, up to twenty guests are allowed. For the 14th Street Chapel in downtown Riverside, up to forty guests are allowed. At the Temecula office, at our outside ceremony area, up to fifteen guests are allowed. For our Hemet and Blythe locations, up to four guests are allowed.
The Riverside County Office of Economic Development is offering marriage ceremonies at the Edward-Dean Museum. Located in the foothills of Oak Glen and next to a fine arts museum with 16 acres of stunning beauty and tranquility nestled in picturesque Cherry Valley. The Edward-Dean Museum is a storybook setting for your special day. The grounds offer several different options for your wedding and reception. The Riverside County Parks Department is offering marriage ceremonies at Crestmore Manor, a 10,830 square-foot colonial-style mansion built in the mid-1950s. This historic landmark is a much-desired location for your special day. Some highlights of the well-manicured grounds include brick paving, an expansive lawn, majestic old shade trees, a picturesque pond, and a scenic courtyard.
